Roseville, Sacramento Family Photographer| The Martin Family in Monterey

I had the pleasure of meeting up with Dee Dee and Chris in Monterey.  They love the beach.  Like, REALLY, REALLY love the beach.  Dee Dee got a hold of me awhile ago, but really wanted to shoot at the beach.  I’m thrilled that I got to make it work for them.  They are easy going free spirits and they come alive near the ocean.  So, it was very fitting to meet up in Monterey.

Dee Dee and Chris just celebrated their 15 year anniversary yesterday.. so I think it’s great that the timing of their photosession came just in time.  I sensed that these two were a little nervous to be in front of the camera.  I don’t blame them.  I would feel the same way.  I’m sooo glad that they trusted me and went with it… I got some Ah-Maaaaazing images….

Ka-Booom!  YEAH! THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT!  Whoa! Riiight???

Ridiculous.  Loving.  Gentle.  Really, now… for being nervous… I don’t think so…

We joked around because Chris has a habit of closing his eyes at just the right time… but sometimes, it works and it just says a lot…. it’s perfect…. don’t change Chris, I wouldn’t recommend it…

and their kids… Luke and Natalie… ohmy!  Really just the perfect combination of both mom and dad.  Luke is the sweetest with a Capital S, especially with his sister.  Natalie, well, she’s a girl that upon meeting her, I thought I knew her forever…..

Lots of laughs here… lots of laughs… that girl… her smile and giggles are kinda contagious…

I love taking these kind of shots… they say a lot…

The trees in Monterey are just ridiculously awesome….

Yummy Mummy. Gorgeous Deeds. Simply Gorgeous.  Such a wonderful, wonderful family… I really adore what I do, capturing the moments in a family.. The Martin’s photosession really makes my heart smile.
